SUMMER SEASON 11/12 

 

Summer season has just started with Deakin entering 2 teams being a mixed and a womens team. These teams compete at Albert Park on a Wednesday night.

This will need to be filled out and returned PRIOR to round one of summer competition. You can't play without this form being filled out.
